LUBRION ® Special Lubricants

Special lubricants are lubricants which meet special requirements with regard to operating temperature, wear behaviour, ageing resistance and pressure absorption capacity. For this reason, special synthetic oils and additives against corrosion, oxidation and wear are used. The use of special lubricants often considerably extends the relubrication period and the product service life, thus achieving a considerable cost saving effect.

The products can be divided into:

Paste.JPG

lubricant pastes

Lubricant pastes are very highly consistent products with a high solid lubricant content. Classical applications are screw connections, chucks, spline shafts, sealing rings, accidental press-in aid for guides, bolts etc.

lubricant greases

Lubricating greases are oils which obtain their consistent structure from a thickener. Typical applications are rolling and plain bearings, valves, spindles and gears.

Fluid.JPG

lubricant fluids

Lubricant fluids consist of the base oil and the active ingredients. They are liquid in structure, but have different viscosities. Applications are mainly chains, gears, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Silicone lubricants

Silicone lubricants are inserted lubricating oils based on polydimethylsiloxane and with special, high-quality thickeners in box form. Excellent suitable as lubricant, sealing and release agent. Physiologically harmless, therefore very well suited for the lubrication of machines in the food, beverage and packaging industry
